1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (nishaspa.in), using our booking form, or visiting NISHA Spa at our physical location, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NISHA Spa provides professional wellness and therapeutic massage services at our premises located at No. 101 Lemon, Sakore Nagar Road, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014. Our services include but are not limited to Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy, and other wellness treatments.

3. Booking & Appointments

• Bookings can be made via our website form, WhatsApp (+91 7643840924), or by phone.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
• We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to avoid disruption to other clients.
• We reserve the right to decline service to any client at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
• No-show appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• NISHA Spa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances.

5. Health & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before their session. Certain conditions may contraindicate specific treatments. NISHA Spa is not liable for any adverse effects arising from undisclosed health conditions.

6. Code of Conduct

All clients are expected to treat staff with respect and courtesy. Any inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to authorities. NISHA Spa maintains a strictly professional environment.

7. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed in our pricing page.

8. Website Use

9. Liability

NISHA Spa's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings on our premises. While we maintain highest hygiene standards, we do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
