1. Booking Cancellations
- Cancellation 2+ hours before appointment: Full rescheduling with no penalty. We'll happily reschedule your session to a time that suits you.
- Cancellation less than 2 hours before appointment: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked session price may apply.
- No-show (client does not arrive without notice): The full session amount may be charged for future bookings.
- NISHA Spa cancellation: If we cancel your appointment, you will receive full priority rescheduling with no additional charge and, where applicable, a complimentary add-on for your inconvenience.
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed at any time with at least 2 hours' notice at no extra charge.
- You may reschedule up to 2 times per booking. Additional rescheduling may incur a small administrative fee.
- Rescheduling can be done via WhatsApp (+91 7643840924) or by calling us.
3. Refund Policy
⚠️ As our services are personal and immediately consumed at the time of delivery, we do not offer cash refunds for completed sessions. However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please notify us immediately during or immediately after your session.
- Completed sessions: No monetary refund for completed sessions.
- Service not as described: If a treatment significantly differed from what was agreed, contact us within 24 hours for resolution (complimentary session, credit, or appropriate remedy).
- Prepaid packages: Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis with 7 days' written notice.
- Medical cancellation: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please provide documentation and we will offer a full credit for future use.
4. Gift Cards & Package Vouchers
- Gift cards and package vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.
- Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Expired vouchers may be honoured at our discretion.
