Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend 90 minutes for first-time visitors as this allows your therapist to address your full body thoroughly without rushing. Our 60-minute session is ideal for targeted relaxation or regular maintenance sessions.
You may choose your own level of comfort. Most clients undress to their undergarments or completely (with full draping at all times). You are never exposed beyond what is necessary for the treatment area being worked on. Privacy is always maintained.
Swedish massage is suitable for most people, including seniors and those new to massage therapy. However, if you have certain medical conditions (blood clots, recent surgery, skin infections), please consult your doctor first. Our therapists will also conduct a health screening prior to your session.
